Sudan’s Minister of Culture and Information and government spokesperson, Khalid Al-Eisaer, announced that a joint meeting of the Sovereign Council and the Council of Ministers approved amendments to the transitional constitutional document on Wednesday. He also revealed the formation of a special committee to examine Kenya’s recent stance.
Al-Eisaer stated in a press release that the meeting passed amendments to the 2025 Criminal Procedures Act, the 2015 Companies Act (amended in 2025), and the 2021 Investment Law (amended in 2025).
