Democratic Bloc leader Mubarak Ardol revealed that meetings have begun in Addis Ababa between Sudanese political blocs and forces under African sponsorship.
Ardol told Al-Sharq that High-Level African team leader Mohamed Ibn Chambas and IGAD officials are leading the Addis Ababa negotiations on Sudan.
He explained that delegations from the “Bloc,” “Sumood,” “Umma Party,” “National Movement,” and “National Coordination of Forces” are attending the Addis Ababa meetings.
He added that representatives from local administration and resistance committees are also participating in the talks on Sudan.
