The Ministry of Urban Development, Roads, and Bridges has issued a decision to form a high-level technical committee to establish the terms of reference for selecting an expert firm and consultants to assess and rehabilitate Shambat Bridge and Halfaya Bridge, along with other key infrastructure projects as part of the reconstruction plan.
The decision appoints the Director of the National Roads and Bridges Authority as the committee’s chairman, with the Director of the Khartoum Roads and Bridges Authority serving as a member and rapporteur. The committee will also include eight additional experts and consultants.
