The Minister of Finance and leader of the Justice and Equality Movement, Jibril Ibrahim, stated that state institutions and the government will soon return to the capital, Khartoum. He attributed this to the continuous victories achieved by the Sudanese Armed Forces and their allied forces in the battle to defeat the rebellion.
Speaking at the launch of the “Rajeen” (We’re Returning) initiative, organized by the Justice and Equality Movement to facilitate the return of citizens from Port Sudan to Al-Jazira and Sennar on Saturday, Jibril emphasized that defeating the rebellion requires national unity, increased production and exports, and achieving self-sufficiency.
