A member of the Sovereign Council, Assistant Commander-in-Chief, Lieutenant General Yasser Al-Atta, visited the Central Reserve Forces – Sector One in Omdurman, accompanied by the Deputy Head of Military Intelligence, the Deputy Director of the Defense Industries System, and the Head of Khartoum Control. They were received by the Director of the Khartoum State Police, Major General Human Rights Officer Amir Abdul-Moneim, and the Commander of the Central Reserve Forces, Major General Police Qamar Muhammad, along with several directors of agencies and departments.
The visit included a tour of the dialysis center at the Martyr Major Police Mohammed Al-Tayeb Hospital, which is affiliated with the Central Reserve Forces. Al-Atta also witnessed a demonstration of the Reserve Forces’ skills in shooting and urban combat operations.
Al-Atta met with the officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers of the Central Reserve Forces.
Lieutenant General Yasser Al-Atta confirmed that the battle will soon end with a decisive victory for the Sudanese people, followed by the achievement of security and stability. He also noted a decrease in crime rates, explaining that the next challenge lies in the battle of awareness, working to solidify the motto “The Police are at the Service of the People,” until citizens reach a stage where they respect the law and fear it, not the police officer.
