Sudan Events – Agencies

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom’s rejection of any illegal actions or measures taken outside the official institutions of the Republic of Sudan that may harm its unity and do not reflect the will of its brotherly people, including calls for the formation of a parallel government. The Ministry reaffirmed the Kingdom’s steadfast position in supporting the sisterly Republic of Sudan, its security, stability, and territorial integrity.

In a statement, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Kingdom urged the Sudanese parties to prioritize Sudan’s interests over any factional interests and to work towards preventing the country from the dangers of division and chaos. It also renewed its commitment to continue making every effort to end the war in Sudan and achieve peace in alignment with the Jeddah Declaration.
