The spokesperson for the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Öncü Keçeli, stated that Turkey is deeply saddened by the ongoing escalation of the conflict and the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Sudan.
He called on all parties to cease fire and establish peace to prevent further bloodshed, emphasizing the importance of refraining from any actions that could harm Sudan’s unity, territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence.
He added, “Turkey remains ready to provide all kinds of support to end the conflict in the friendly and brotherly Sudan as soon as possible and to achieve peace, security, and stability in the country.”
