The exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Sudanese pound in the parallel market remained stable at their recent peak, while the Egyptian pound saw a new increase for the second consecutive day.
Currency traders reported that the price of the dollar remained steady at 2660 pounds in Wednesday’s trading, while the Saudi riyal was priced at 709.33 pounds, the UAE dirham at 724.79 pounds, and the euro at 2891.30 pounds. The British pound stood at 3367.08 pounds, while the Egyptian pound saw another increase, reaching 52.694 pounds. The Bahraini dinar was priced at 7000 pounds, the Qatari riyal at 728.76 pounds, the Omani riyal at 6820.51 pounds, and the Kuwaiti dinar at 8580.64 pounds.
