Millie Turner Extends Contract with Manchester United Until 2028
Millie Turner, Manchester United’s defender, has signed a new three-year contract.
According to The Athletic, the contract will run until June 2028, and she will continue playing as a center-back for her tenth season with the club in the Women’s Super League.
Turner has appeared in 167 matches for United since returning to the club after the formation of the professional women’s team in 2018.
The 28-year-old player helped United win the Women’s Championship title in 2019 and the FA Cup for the first time in the club’s history last year.
Mark Skinner, United’s manager, stated in a press release: “Millie has been here since the beginning and is an important part of the team.”
Turner made her debut for the England national team in February 2024, having played twice with Sarina Wiegman’s squad.
