Ministry of Agriculture Honors Wheat Project Management
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry honored the management of the National Wheat Production Project during the visit of Minister Dr. Abu Bakr Omar Al-Bushra and his accompanying delegation to Northern State to attend the wheat harvest.
Dr. Amal Mohamed Al-Hassan, the national wheat coordinator, was among the delegation accompanying the minister to witness the winter season harvest and assess the performance of the wheat localization field unit in Northern State.
Al-Bushra held a meeting at the Ministry of Production and Economic Resources in Northern State, attended by the state’s Minister of Production and Economic Resources and Dr. Amal Mohamed Al-Hassan. The meeting discussed the challenges faced in wheat cultivation and project implementation.
An agreement was reached to overcome these obstacles and provide the necessary support to expand cultivated areas.
All participants reaffirmed the crucial role of the National Wheat Project in localizing wheat cultivation and rehabilitating agricultural projects, significantly contributing to the expansion of wheat farming in the state.
