On Saturday, the Sudanese army continued making significant advances in the capital, Khartoum.
The Engineering Corps forces successfully merged with the General Command forces.
Meanwhile, the army and its supporting forces managed to liberate Tuti Island and raised the call to prayer from its historic mosque.
Additionally, the Sudanese army and its allied forces tightened their grip on central Khartoum as the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) suffered major setbacks in the capital.
The army took control of Al-Neelain University, Khartoum Stadium, the electricity headquarters, and the Egyptian Consulate in central Khartoum.
