Minister of Finance: Reconstruction Promotion to Begin Next Month

The Minister of Finance, Dr. Jibril Ibrahim, announced that next month will mark the beginning of efforts to promote reconstruction following the defeat of the rebel militias from several previously occupied areas.

Speaking at the Ministry of Culture and Information’s briefing conference organized by the Sudan News Agency on Monday at the Al-Dhaman Tower in Port Sudan, attended by the Minister of Culture and Information, Khalid Al-Ieisir, Jibril stated that the economic situation is steadily improving. He noted that the cash shortage has significantly decreased and that most citizens are now using smart applications for transactions, which has greatly facilitated trade and financial dealings.
