Sudan Events – Reports
As part of efforts by the Customs Forces to assess damages and rehabilitate security facilities, Brigadier General Abdullah Yusuf Al-Hassani, General Supervisor of the Customs Forces in Khartoum State, conducted an inspection visit to the headquarters of the Customs Forces in the Arab Market area of central Khartoum. He was accompanied by several department heads to assess the extent of the destruction caused by the vandalism of the rebel Rapid Support Forces militia.
During the tour, the delegation observed extensive damage, including the destruction of communication networks, the deterioration of infrastructure, the looting of all electrical cables, assets, and properties, as well as the burning of official vehicles and significant damage to buildings and offices.
