Stability of Crop Prices in Al-Nahud Exchange

The auction manager at Al-Nahud Crops Exchange, Radi Ali Baraka, announced that the price of a quintal of peanuts remained stable at 37,000 SDG in cash transactions today, while it rose to 40,000 SDG for electronic payments, compared to 38,000 SDG yesterday.

He added that the price of a ton of shelled peanuts remained at 1,100,000 SDG in cash and 1,200,000 SDG for electronic payments, unchanged from yesterday’s prices.

Regarding gum arabic, the price per quintal increased from 190,000 SDG to 195,000 SDG in cash transactions, while it rose from 215,000 SDG to 220,000 SDG for electronic payments.

Baraka also noted that the price of a quintal of sesame remained stable at 45,000 SDG in cash and 55,000 SDG for electronic payments, the same as yesterday’s trading prices.

Similarly, the price of hibiscus remained at 45,000 SDG in cash and 60,000 SDG electronically, without change. As for watermelon seeds, the price remained at 45,000 SDG in cash and 55,000 SDG for electronic payments, maintaining the same level as yesterday.
