Amendments to the Revenue Development and Collection Authority Law in North Kordofan

The Governor of North Kordofan, Abdel Khaleq Abdel Latif, chaired the regular meeting of the Council of Ministers at the Government Secretariat in El-Obeid.

Abdel Mutalib Abdel Mutaal, the Acting Minister of the Supreme Council for Culture, Information, Youth, and Sports, stated in a press release that the council had received a report from Ibrahim Hamed, Chairman of the Committee for Reviewing Recommendations of the Revenue Development and Collection Authority Evaluation Workshop. The report detailed the amendments made to the authority’s law.

He noted that eight articles in the 2018 law governing the authority were amended based on the committee’s methodology and guidelines.

The amendments were approved following discussions, making it the “Revenue Development and Collection Authority Law 2018 – Amendment 2025.”
