Sudanair Announces 50% Discount on Tickets for Sudanese Returning from Egypt

Sudan Airways (Sudanair) has announced a 50% discount on tickets for Sudanese nationals returning from Egypt, in celebration of the liberation of Khartoum.
The company confirmed that the discount will apply to 50 seats on each flight from Cairo to Port Sudan International Airport, as part of an initiative aimed at facilitating the return of citizens to their homeland during the holy month of Ramadan.
Captain Mazen Al-Awad, the acting general manager of Sudanair, revealed that this initiative came under the direct guidance of Dr. Jibril Ibrahim, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and other respected board members, in coordination with Minister of Transport Engineer Abu Bakr Abu Al-Qasim.
The initiative goes beyond just discounts; Sudanair also announced free tickets for the children of martyrs of the Battle of Dignity returning from Cairo to Sudan, in recognition of their families’ sacrifices for the nation.
This announcement comes at a time of widespread joy in Sudan over the liberation of Khartoum, with expectations of thousands of Sudanese returning home in the coming days.
