
Lieutenant General Yasser Al-Atta, a member of the Sovereign Council and Assistant Commander of the Armed Forces, stressed the importance of supporting Khartoum State in the recovery phase, reconstruction, and normalizing life by restoring basic services to allow citizens to return.
Al-Atta met with the Federal Minister of Religious Affairs and Endowments, Dr. Omar Bakheet, and the Governor of Khartoum, Ahmed Osman Hamza, to offer Eid greetings and celebrate the victories achieved on all fronts, including the liberation of large areas of Khartoum State.
Al-Atta emphasized the crucial role of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in addressing the negative effects brought about by the war.
In turn, the Minister of Religious Affairs referred to the ministry’s plan, in collaboration with several other ministries, to agree on the direction for the next phase.
The Governor of Khartoum praised the efforts of Lieutenant General Al-Atta and his support for the state’s security plan and his attention to services.
