Dr. Jibril Ibrahim, leader of the Sudanese Justice and Equality Movement, stated that he inspected the joint forces of the armed struggle movements in the Sahara front before they engage in the battle to lift the siege on El Fasher, the capital of North Darfur State.
In a statement, Jibril said, “As part of monitoring field efforts, I, accompanied by a high-ranking delegation of military leaders, inspected the joint forces in the Sahara front to assess their full readiness and preparedness for the decisive battles aimed at breaking the siege on El Fasher and liberating the Darfur region from the rebel militias.”
He continued, “We renew our pledge to our people that we will spare no effort and will not hesitate to make every sacrifice necessary until every inch of Sudan is cleansed of rebellion, restoring security and stability to our beloved homeland.”
