Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, met with the Prime Minister of Libya’s Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Mohammed Dbeibeh, to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and strengthen them across various fields. They also addressed the latest developments in Sudan and key issues of mutual concern.
The meeting, held on the sidelines of their participation in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2025 in the Turkish city of Antalya, emphasized the importance of unifying political positions on various regional issues and supporting efforts to achieve security, stability, and peace in Sudan.
In attendance were General Intelligence Service Director General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal, Defense Industries System Director General Mirghani Idris, and Sudan’s Ambassador to Turkey, Nader Youssef.
