Fluctuation in Foreign Currency Exchange Rates

The exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Sudanese pound have shown clear fluctuations. While some currencies remained stable at their recent highs, the Egyptian pound and the British pound recorded increases, while the Qatari riyal saw a decline.

Traders in the parallel market stated that the US dollar remained stable at 2,679 SDG during Wednesday’s trading. The Saudi riyal also stabilized at 714.4 SDG, the UAE dirham at 729.972 SDG, and the euro at 3,044.3181 SDG. The British pound rose to 3,572 SDG, while the Egyptian pound saw a slight increase to 52.550 SDG. The Bahraini dinar stood at 7,050 SDG, while the Qatari riyal declined to 733.97 SDG. The Omani rial was priced at 7,050 SDG, and the Kuwaiti dinar at 8,641.93 SDG.
