Stability in Crop Prices

The auction manager at the Agricultural Commodity Exchange in West Kordofan State, Al-Rida Ali Baraka, stated that the price of a quintal of peanuts has stabilized at 35,000 Sudanese pounds for cash purchases and 37,000 pounds for electronic payments.
The price of a ton of shelled peanuts stabilized at 1,100,000 pounds for cash sales, and decreased to 1,200,000 pounds instead of 1,230,000 pounds for electronic payments.
The price of a quintal of gum arabic stabilized at 207,000 pounds for cash purchases and 227,000 pounds via electronic payment.
Meanwhile, the prices of sesame, hibiscus, and watermelon seeds also stabilized. A quintal of sesame is priced at 50,000 pounds for cash and 60,000 pounds electronically. Hibiscus recorded 50,000 pounds for cash and 70,000 pounds electronically, while watermelon seeds stabilized at 45,000 pounds for cash and 60,000 pounds electronically.
