Bank of Khartoum Explains Deduction of Funds from Customer Accounts

The Bank of Khartoum stated that deductions made from some customer accounts were due to a technical correction related to incoming transfers from another bank via the Electronic Banking Services (EBS) Company.
The bank clarified that the amounts were credited to customer accounts before the transfer process was completed by the sending bank, necessitating their retrieval and return to the original source.
The Bank of Khartoum affirmed its full commitment to transparency in dealings with customers and expressed its deep appreciation for their understanding and continued trust.
