Crop Prices Stabilize at Al-Nuhoud Exchange Market

The Director of Auctions at the Al-Nuhoud Crops Exchange Market in West Kordofan State, Mr. Al-Radi Ali Baraka, confirmed the stabilization of several commodity prices.
The cash price of a quintal of peanuts stood at SDG 33,000, while the electronic payment price reached SDG 36,000. The price of a ton of shelled peanuts stabilized at SDG 1,000,000 in cash and SDG 1,100,000 electronically.
Arabic gum maintained its price at SDG 200,000 per quintal in cash and SDG 220,000 via electronic payment.
Prices for sesame, hibiscus, and watermelon seeds also remained stable. A quintal of sesame was sold for SDG 50,000 in cash and SDG 60,000 electronically; hibiscus was priced at SDG 50,000 in cash and SDG 70,000 electronically; and watermelon seeds held steady at SDG 45,000 in cash and SDG 60,000 electronically.
