The Sudanese Armed Forces carried out successful operations in the El Fasher axis, resulting in the killing of seven members of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia and neutralizing others during a failed infiltration attempt on the outskirts of the city.
According to a statement by the military division, the army destroyed three artillery platforms belonging to the RSF along with their full crews in a specialized operation coordinated with supporting forces.
The militia shelled the city of El Fasher with 120mm mortars, injuring nine civilians with varying degrees of severity. The injured were transported to health centers and hospitals for treatment.
The division’s leadership confirmed that the situation is under control, with forces maintaining cohesion and full readiness to confront any threats, while continuing efforts to protect the city and its residents.
