Al-Nassr Fans Turn Against Ronaldo: “Leave, You Brought Us No Titles”

It seems that Al-Nassr Saudi fans have run out of patience with Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, the team captain, following a disappointing team performance since his arrival at the club in the winter of 2023.
Al-Nassr supporters have called for Ronaldo to leave the club at the end of the current season after a frustrating, trophyless campaign, according to British newspaper The Sun.
Al-Nassr currently sits third in the Roshn League standings with 63 points, trailing league leaders Al-Ittihad by 11 points with only three rounds remaining in the season.
As a result, this will mark the third consecutive season with Ronaldo at the club without securing any major titles, apart from the Arab Club Champions Cup (King Salman Cup) in the summer of 2023 — a tournament considered unofficial.
After it became clear that the team would finish the season without silverware, Ronaldo faced heavy criticism from Al-Nassr fans, many of whom vocally demanded his departure. This backlash came in response to a post Ronaldo shared on his official account on the platform X before the team’s league match against Al-Okhdood.
