Volunteers from the Dar Al-Salam Emergency Room have reported the killing of three activists from the room by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia in the Dar Al-Salam area, west of Omdurman.
A member of the Dar Al-Salam Emergency Room, who preferred to remain anonymous for security reasons, told Al-Tara Sudan that the RSF killed three volunteers from the room, adding that the same forces had arrested another activist two weeks ago and have yet to release him.
He said: “We lost contact with him, which raises fears that he may have met the same fate as his three comrades.”
The member explained that the security situation in Dar Al-Salam is extremely deteriorated, and that volunteers from the room are being lost on a daily basis. He confirmed that the RSF militia is now raiding homes, killing and arresting youth under the pretext of cooperating or collaborating with the Sudanese army.
