Foreign currency rates continued their recent rise in Monday’s parallel market trading, although the Egyptian pound registered a new increase.
Currency traders reported that the U.S. dollar stabilized at 2,740 Sudanese pounds. The Saudi riyal stood at 730.6666 SDG, the Emirati dirham at 746.5940 SDG, the euro at 3,078.651 SDG, and the British pound at 3,653.333 SDG.
The Egyptian pound showed a notable increase, reaching 53.8 SDG through Bankak and 54.5 SDG through Fawry.
The Bahraini dinar was recorded at 7,210.526 SDG, the Qatari riyal at 752.747 SDG, the Omani rial at 7,210 SDG, and the Kuwaiti dinar at 8,838.709 SDG.
