The Sudanese army announced on Wednesday that its forces had evacuated the Triangle Area, located at the border between Sudan, Egypt, and Libya.
The Triangle Area had come under a treacherous attack by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), supported by Khalifa Haftar’s troops.
In a statement, the army confirmed that the evacuation was part of its defensive arrangements to repel the aggression.
