Foreign Currency Prices Maintain Their Rise

Foreign currency prices in the parallel market trading on Monday held onto the recent gains they achieved, while several experts considered the noticeable rise in bank currency prices as an attempt to catch up with the parallel market rates.

Foreign exchange market dealers said the US dollar maintained its high rate of 2,831.76 Sudanese pounds, while the Saudi riyal also held steady at 755.136 pounds. The UAE dirham stabilized at 771.5967 pounds, the euro was priced at 3,331.4823 pounds, and the British pound at 3,826.7027 pounds. The Egyptian pound remained at 57 pounds. The Bahraini dinar was at 7,452 pounds, the Qatari riyal at 777.95604 pounds, the Omani riyal at 7,452 pounds, and the Kuwaiti dinar at 9,134.70967 pounds.
