
Prime Minister Dr. Kamal Idris expressed confidence in the stability of security and humanitarian conditions, as well as the smooth flow of public services in the River Nile State. He directed that efforts be redoubled to further enhance stability and development in the state.
On Sunday, the Prime Minister received a comprehensive briefing on the security and humanitarian situation from the state’s Security Committee. He was also presented with reports from the state government, headed by Mohamed Al-Badawi Abdel Majid, through which he was informed about the workflow and continuity of services.
Idris praised the performance of the state government during the war period, emphasizing the importance of sharing experiences with other states to benefit from successful projects and programs.
He explained that the Council of Ministers will continue to monitor all projects hosted by the state, particularly national projects, and will support them to ensure they serve the broader interests of the country.
He affirmed that the “Government of Hope” has ambitions that go beyond reconstruction and rehabilitation, aiming for comprehensive renaissance and positioning the country among leading nations. He noted that the government has set priorities focused on state-building and addressing the concerns and needs of the citizens.
The Prime Minister also made field visits to several government projects and economic investments in the state, reaffirming the Cabinet’s support and encouragement for all states to expand large-scale projects and continue on this path as part of the comprehensive development plan.
