Rise in Crop Prices

Crop prices in the markets of Gedaref State saw a fresh increase on Sunday.

The price of a quintal of sesame rose to 170,000 Sudanese pounds from 163,000, while a sack of sorghum (Feterita variety) climbed to 166,000 pounds from 165,000. Millet prices also increased to 215,000 pounds per sack, up from 205,000.
