Mohamed Salah: “Liverpool Never Give Up”

Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah underlined his side’s resilience after scoring a 95th-minute penalty to secure a dramatic victory away to Burnley in the Premier League.

The reigning champions have developed a habit of snatching late wins, repeating the feat for a fourth consecutive league match.

Speaking to Sky Sports after moving up to fourth on the all-time Premier League scorers’ list, Salah said:
“We faced a tough opponent today. We tried hard to break between the lines—it was difficult, but I’m glad we got the win in the end.”

He added: “The new players are adapting to our style. Some started in the lineup for the first time today. They just need time. We’re trying to support them, and with Alexander Isak joining last week, we’ll be even stronger.”

The Egyptian star concluded: “We never give up—we always give everything we have.”
