Sudanese Prime Minister Dr. Kamel Idris met Wednesday in Cairo with a delegation from the Egyptian-Sudanese Company, which previously organized the Sudanese-Egyptian Business Forum.

Talks focused on expanding joint cooperation in investment and trade, as well as exploring opportunities for implementing strategic projects beneficial to both nations.

The meeting was attended by Sudan’s Minister of Culture, Information, and Tourism Khalid Al-Iseer, Sudanese Ambassador to Egypt Imad Adawi, the company’s CEO Nasr Al-Din Hassan, and Business Development Director Munjid Ibrahim Yousif.

The discussions come as part of Sudan’s broader efforts to strengthen economic partnerships with neighboring countries, particularly Egypt, with which it shares deep historical and strategic ties.
