Sudanese citizens staged demonstrations and protest vigils across various European cities to denounce the United Arab Emirates’ support for the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), which are waging war against civilians in Sudan.
Large rallies took place in major cities including Manchester, London, Dublin, Paris, The Hague, and Glasgow, as part of a grassroots campaign to draw international attention to the humanitarian catastrophe in El Fasher. Hundreds of protesters gathered to condemn what they described as genocide and ethnic cleansing in El Fasher and Bara, urging a boycott of the UAE over its alleged backing of the RSF accused of committing atrocities against civilians.
