UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk said Wednesday that he is deeply concerned about the potential repetition of atrocities committed in El Fasher now occurring in Kordofan.
Speaking at a press conference marking International Human Rights Day, Türk warned that violence is escalating across Sudan, leaving no civilian safe from what he called “horrific brutality.”
