Sudan: Foreign Currency Prices Maintain Upward Trend

Foreign currency prices in the parallel market maintained their recent upward trend during Wednesday’s trading, with the exception of the Egyptian pound, which recorded a further increase.
Currency traders said the buying price of the US dollar reached 3,665 Sudanese pounds, while the selling price exceeded 3,700 pounds. The buying price of the Saudi riyal stabilized at 998.63 pounds, while the UAE dirham stood at 980.92 pounds. The euro recorded a decline, with a buying price of 4,261.627 pounds, while the British pound reached 4,952.7027 pounds.
The Egyptian pound posted a new increase, reaching 77.5661 pounds. The Bahraini dinar remained stable at 9,644.73 pounds, while the Qatari riyal declined to 1,004.109 pounds. The Omani riyal stood at 9,600 pounds, and the Kuwaiti dinar reached 11,822.5 pounds.
