According to the statement, the forces advanced along the main Dilling–Kadugli road, covering 130 kilometers of paved roadway, and dismantled all enemy checkpoints along the route.
The statement said enemy forces mobilized mercenaries from Heglig, Lagawa, Umm Adara, Keilak, Abu Zabad, Al-Mujlad, and areas northeast of Kadugli and southeast of Dilling in preparation for a decisive battle, but were completely crushed and annihilated.
It added that the enemy continued to mobilize reinforcements toward the Doshoul–Al-Taqati–Al-Kuweik–Berno–Keiga axis, while government forces repeatedly defeated them in successive waves.
The forces reportedly destroyed an enemy unit estimated at the size of a company, along with 13 vehicles, after it was besieged and refused to surrender.
The statement also said that heavy artillery was used to destroy militia تجمعات (concentrations) around Berno and Keiga Timero, marking the first point at which enemy forces were broken during nighttime operations.
According to the account, the forces advanced more than 90 kilometers on paved roads and dismantled 14 enemy positions, capturing advanced and heavy weaponry.
The Rapid Support Forces militia reportedly suffered hundreds of fatalities, dozens of destroyed vehicles, and the loss of scores of positions in a single day.
The statement described the battle as a decisive moment that redefined the balance of power and imposed a new reality the militia would be unable to sustain, leaving it with only two options: surrender or continued destruction until the last rebel is neutralized.
It concluded by stating that the forces had completed the establishment of a strong line of fire and an integrated axis stretching from North Kordofan to the southernmost parts of South Kordofan, ending with the phrase: “Victory comes only from God.”
