
Local sources reported on Saturday that civilian casualties resulted from shelling carried out by the Rapid Support Forces militia targeting the government headquarters in Qeisan locality in Sudan’s Blue Nile region.
Sources told Sudan Tribune that RSF drones attacked the Qeisan locality headquarters, leading to fatalities among civilians.
They added that the militia launched a similar attack on the town of Bakouri near the Ethiopian border.
Military sources also reported that army drones carried out intense strikes against positions of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement–North, led by Abdelaziz al-Hilu, in the town of Yabus, in addition to targeting RSF mobile units around the Malakn area in Bao locality, Blue Nile region.
