Afwerki Receives Senior Saudi Delegation in Asmara
Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki held talks with Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji, who is visiting the capital Asmara on an official trip, on ways to enhance and develop bilateral cooperation across various sectors.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the meeting also addressed regional and international developments and ongoing efforts in that regard. In a related context, the Saudi official met with Eritrean Foreign Minister Osman صالح, where discussions focused on prospects for joint cooperation in multiple fields, as well as regional and international issues of mutual concern.
The visit reflects both countries’ commitment to expanding cooperation and strengthening coordination on regional and international matters in pursuit of shared interests.
