Foreign Currency Rates Maintain Upward Trend

Foreign currency rates in the parallel market stabilized on Wednesday at the elevated levels recorded in recent days.

Traders in the foreign exchange market reported that the buying rate of the U.S. dollar remained at 3,665 Sudanese pounds, while the selling rate stood at 3,750 pounds. The Saudi riyal recorded a buying rate of 998.63 pounds and a selling rate of 1,000 pounds.

The buying rate of the UAE dirham reached 980.92 pounds, while the euro stood at 4,363.095 pounds. The British pound was recorded at 5,020.5479 pounds, and the Egyptian pound at 78.16 pounds. The Bahraini dinar stabilized at 9,644.73 pounds, the Qatari riyal at 1,009.641 pounds, the Omani riyal at 9,600 pounds, and the Kuwaiti dinar at 11,822.5 pounds.
