{"id":10182,"date":"2024-01-03T19:56:27","date_gmt":"2024-01-03T19:56:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sudanevents.com\/?p=10182"},"modified":"2024-01-03T19:56:27","modified_gmt":"2024-01-03T19:56:27","slug":"agar-burhan-hemedti-meeting-agenda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sudanevents.com\/index.php\/2024\/01\/03\/agar-burhan-hemedti-meeting-agenda\/","title":{"rendered":"Agar: Burhan-Hemedti Meeting Agenda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Agencies &#8211; Sudan Events<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vice President of the Sudanese Sovereign Council, Malik Agar, revealed that the upcoming meeting between the Council President-cum- Army Commander Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, and the commander of the Rapid Support Militia (RSF), Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo (Hemedti) in Djibouti, will discuss the implementation of what was reached in the Jeddah Agreement.<br \/>\nHe said, according to the Arab World News Agency, today (Wednesday), that this includes the eviction of RSF from the cities, residences, and headquarters where they exist, provided that other negotiating stages follow.<br \/>\nThe agreement signed by the Rapid Support Commander with the Civil Democratic Forces Coordination \u201cTaqaddum\u201d was considered an agreement between two partners.<br \/>\nAgar confirmed that &#8220;a date has not yet been set for the Djibouti meeting, after we were officially informed by IGAD of the cancellation of the meeting that was scheduled for the end of last month.&#8221;<br \/>\nHe said, &#8220;We emphasized our conditions, and said frankly that there will be no negotiations except with the eviction of RSF from the homes, institutions, and cities, including the city of Wad Medani, as well as the cities they occupy in Darfur.&#8221;<br \/>\nHe added, &#8220;In Djibouti, we will discuss the implementation of the Jeddah Agreement, that is, the eviction of RSF from housing, headquarters, service institutions and cities, and this is the agreement.&#8221;<br \/>\nHe continued, &#8220;If that happens, there will be a second, third, and fourth stage, and we still have a period of time to stop the war and another period of time to end it.&#8221;<br \/>\nAgar commented on the Addis Ababa agreement signed yesterday by saying: \u201cThe signing that took place yesterday is an agreement between partners, as (Taqaddum) and RSF are two partners, and they are one body in two entities, and there is nothing new in that.\u201d<br \/>\nHe added, &#8220;As for holding a meeting between Taqaddum and the Sudanese government, we have no knowledge of it, and we do not know what Taqaddum is. Is it a political body?
