A member of the Sovereignty Council TSC , Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Army SAF ,Lt.Gen.Yassi Al-Atta, said that the state institutions are shackled, and everyone who shackles the State apparatus must go without regret.
\nHe added, \u201cThe State is shackled by the presence of the Janjaweed and the Qahat, and the Bank of Sudan has the Janjaweed inside it, and the Central Bank of Daglo Family has become the judiciary and the prosecution.\u201d
\nThe public has Janjaweed, and they are also present in the Ministry of Culture and Information. There are new TV bodies that are still in their boxes.
\nWhat does the Minister of Information do?
\nAl-Atta affirmed not to pay attention to what is said about popular resistance, and said, \u201cThey are all words that are scattered by the wind, and any action is corrected during action.\u201d
\nHe called on all actors in Sudan to line up and organize themselves in the popular resistance, affirming the importance of establishing elected popular resistance in the neighborhoods.
\nHe added: \u201cThe popular resistance is a faction that fights in the field with the army, a faction that secures the neighborhoods and contributes to civil tasks in all aspects, and the independent popular resistance in all neighborhoods.\u201d
\nHe added: \u201cThey are not attacking us with the remnants and the likes. I am everything communist, resistance, furious , and even the red jinn.
\nWe do not ask those who fight with us about their tribe or political color, and the popular resistance works with all discipline under the leaders of the movements.
\nThe march will go ahead despite the obstacles and mines, and whatever the challenges, even if they are.\u201d Mountains.\u201d
\nAl-Atta said, “Kizan\u201d are fighting with us , we appreciate.
\nFurious youth are fighting with us above our heads.
\nResistance youth are fighting with us and we appreciate.
\nResistance youth from the sons of Omdurman liberated Omdurman with us. The popular resistance has six brigades fighting now.
\nThree brigades from the Nuba sons are fighting in Omdurman.” Within the ranks of the popular resistance in the capital, and a battalion of the popular resistance from Darfur in Omdurman is fighting within the popular resistance in the capital.\u201d
\nHe directed his appeal to all actors to support the popular resistance, and added, \u201cCommittees must be formed and mistakes must be corrected during the experiments, because the goal is the same.
\nPopular resistance must be established in the neighborhoods.
\nThere is a part specialized in fighting in coordination with the armed forces SAF and protecting neighborhoods in coordination with the police.\u201d
\nThe committees must pay attention to the humanitarian and service aspects, and another task for the committees is to protect the people from labor and livelihood…and the committees must promote sports, cultural and artistic activities.
\nHe presented Al-Atta during Iftar that he organised for members of Khartoum State government in the presence of the Governor of Khartoum, Ahmed Osman Hamza, the Sufi sects , the churches, the local administration, poets, artists, the media, and athletes.
\nHe presented his vision for the work of the neighborhood committees by electing local committees to assist the executive directors, and the local committees choose the state councils to work with the governors, and he hinted.
\nTo return the delegates to lead political action, and all state councils elect a national council to reshape the Sovereignty Council TSC.
\nAl-Atta pointed out that there are requirements that must be discussed with the President of the Sovereignty Council TSC such as the constitutional document (where is it now?).
\nHe said that the 2005 constitution was the choice because all the political powers participated in it (and if the government introduced some articles into it, why are they not deleted? I do not recognize the constitutional document… Where is the law of the General Intelligence Service that remained in the dossiers?
