Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, plays a major role and it is important to see partners ready to be part of peace.<br \/>\nHe added, &#8220;I believe that Gen. Al-Burhan plays an important role in the arrival of humanitarian aid and moving forward in the peace process.&#8221;<br \/>\nIn his answers to reporters, he said in a hearing at the International Media Center of the US Department of State that there is consensus about Sudan\u2019s unity and its enjoyment of a professional, strong, and unified army. He continued, \u201cWe will sit with all the actors who are ready to help make this future a reality.\u201d<br \/>\nHe pointed out that he was honored to be assigned by the American administration to visit the Sudanese in Uganda, Ethiopia, Kenya, Djibouti and Egypt, and also met with African counterparts. He indicated that he is currently visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and from there to the United Arab Emirates UAE.<br \/>\nHe said that the Sudanese people are clearer than ever that they want this war to end, for humanitarian aid to be accessible, to restore their future, to avoid the worst of this ongoing famine, and to determine their future.<br \/>\nTom said that establishing peace is a priority, not just the signing of the agreement between Burhan and Hemedti, and there must be consensus between all active parties, as well as their neighbors, and regional efforts to stop the war and not fuel it.<br \/>\nRegarding the regional efforts, he said: We hope that negotiations will resume after Ramadan, and I believe that the role played by Saudi Arabia in hosting the official talks is important and that the next round will include the main regional actors and the main voices from within.<br \/>\nUS envoy said that the multiplicity of initiatives reflects the growing state of anxiety in various parts of the region, and pointed out that the next round of talks must include all regional parties, the African Union, IGAD, and Sudan\u2019s neighboring countries.<br \/>\nHe said that RSF violations against women are horrific and their perpetrators must be held accountable.<br \/>\nRegarding the imposition of American sanctions and their impact on the war, he said that the sanctions affected in one way or another, whether on individuals, banks, or entities, and added, \u201cI believe that all participants in this conflict, whether at home or abroad, are well aware of the desire of the United States of America USA to emphasize imposing a cost on those who \u201cThey support these horrific violations.\u201d<br \/>\nHe said that our priorities are to reach a peace agreement that ends the violence and restores civil transition.<br \/>\nThere are political differences between the parties, but there is an amazing unity behind these differences for the Sudanese people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Events &#8211; Agencies US special envoy to Sudan, Tom Perillo, said that his country considers that the Commandment of the Sudanese army SAF represented by Gen.
