He said that the protocol regulates the movement of animals between countries because the movement already exists, and he added, \u201cNow 50% of Sudan\u2019s livestock are in the South and the other 50% in the State of Ethiopia,\u201d and he stressed that not to hesitate in implementing the protocol, and expected it to address many problems, describing the situation in Gedaref as a \u201ctime bomb\u201d due to friction.
