Only what the management of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company stated was that the outcome of the revenue from gold exports amounted to 428 million dollars,\u201d and he considered these to be positive indicators. He said, \u201cIf this rate continues, revenues are expected to exceed 2 billion dollars by the end of the year, and it will have achieved the same rate before the war.\u201d He confirmed the gold\u2019s ability to contribute more to the Sudanese economy.
