To save existence and protect lives, the General Intelligence Service was re-legislated by making fundamental amendments to it…
The powers of the General Intelligence Service are important and necessary at this time, because the days have proven that this war is not a military confrontation between the regular army and rebels, but rather has international dimensions, seeking to control the resources of Sudan after its collapse. Therefore, releasing the hand of the General Intelligence Service is a savior for the Sudanese who are wary of a devastating war, more typical of Khartoum, Gezira and Darfur or those countries that were leveled to the ground.
With the start of practical implementation of the plan to “occupy Sudan” on April 15, 2023, and the decision to attack by ground on Khartoum State, where a third of Sudan’s population is concentrated… and then violating all prior covenants, the countdown accelerated for the international forces greedy for Sudan to begin a massive battle. The most important of which is an economic war…
The war against Sudan, which carried the title of uprooting the capabilities of the security and military system, had begun in 2019, and what is happening now, realistically, is the continuation of that war through the systematic destruction of urban areas with a widening circle of genocide and the killing of Sudanese from hunger to put them before the reality of forced displacement.
It is a plan to seize land, impose a security belt that protects the “Dagalo clan” settlements, isolate the north and east from the rest of Sudan, destroy the economy and end the influential Sudanese state. Among the risks surrounding Sudan are intelligence tools that work behind the scenes, so it needs parallel work from the state’s security services, most importantly. General Intelligence Service.
The internal turmoil during the last period completely obscured the role of the General Intelligence Service, and even forced it to withdraw from field work to the site of collecting information only, so its presence and role declined as the number of its employees decreased through repeated referrals.
Now the catastrophic situation requires the General Intelligence Service and the entire security and military system to have a more comprehensive vision to implement strong and harsh security campaigns against the businessmen who are working to sabotage Sudan’s economy, and are waging war on the state and the citizen by monopolizing the import of strategic goods, controlling their prices, and preventing foreign exchange trade that..
it caused the collapse of the pound by the economic mafia that controls the market.
These measures are enough for the citizen who supports the state in the battle for dignity to regain confidence in its agencies and their ability to protect economic and national security, and close the door to accusations of official inaction and perhaps collusion.
The situation now requires a huge and great field intelligence effort to bring citizens out of the spiral of collapse by imposing a context different from what the country is being pushed into, because fate is at stake.
It is the trend that stimulates the end of the persistent national imbalance in order to make it possible to reconstitute the state by strengthening the role of institutions and agencies.
My love and respect

By: Rashan Oshi As nothing is more important than preventing the imminent danger to Sudan.
