The vehicles received and the dead from the militia are being counted.<br \/>\nThe joint force reported in a statement that the RSF militia launched a heavy artillery attack on Friday morning, targeting neighborhoods in Al-Fasher, leaving dozens wounded and dead among civilians.<br \/>\nThe Force added, &#8220;As a result, the joint force of the armed struggle movements moved to confront the attacking militia in the Battle of &#8220;Al-Nafs Al-Tawil&#8221;, which lasted about 10 hours.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe statement indicated that the joint force inflicted severe losses on the militia in equipment and lives and received a number of vehicles.<br \/>\nIn this context, the head of the Sudan Liberation Movement, Minni Arko Minawi, said on Friday that the joint force and other regular agencies forced the militia to retreat.<br \/>\nMinawi said in a tweet on \u201cX\u201d that \u201cthe joint force and other regular agencies were able to defeat the RSF, burn a number of combat vehicles, and force them to retreat away from El Fasher.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He accused the militia of following a scorched earth policy in El Fasher, by indiscriminately and deliberately bombing citizens&#8217; sites and burning institutions.<\/p>\n<p>He announced the recovery of vital sites, including the Electricity Department, accusing the Rapid Support of sabotaging them.
