He said, \u201cThe pressure on us is difficult. We are trying to satisfy all the people and develop the service.\u201d<br \/>\nAbdel Halim pointed out in a press conference on Monday that Merowe Medical City is witnessing steady development in all medical services, including oncology. He confirmed that they do not mind using health insurance services.<br \/>\nHe pointed out that there are a number of challenges they face, the most prominent of which are operational expenses.<br \/>\nHe acknowledged the increase in revenues, and said, \u201cBut this is offset by the increase in operational expenditures.\u201d He added, \u201cWe cannot put pressure on the government and the citizen, and we cannot mobilize the organizations.\u201d He pointed out that 60% of Marawi\u2019s medical departments are operating at a loss, and said we need about 81 thousand dollars to bring the rest of the system into service.<br \/>\nHe noted that the devices that face the most pressure are CT scans and MRIs, which he said cannot work for more than 15 cases a day, noting that they are the only devices in Sudan.
