{"id":26506,"date":"2024-07-01T06:11:30","date_gmt":"2024-07-01T03:11:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sudanevents.com\/?p=26506"},"modified":"2024-07-01T06:11:30","modified_gmt":"2024-07-01T03:11:30","slug":"sherine-abdel-wahab-a-crisis-on-social-media","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sudanevents.com\/index.php\/2024\/07\/01\/sherine-abdel-wahab-a-crisis-on-social-media\/","title":{"rendered":"Sherine Abdel Wahab&#8230;a crisis on social media"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sudan Events &#8211; Agencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Composer Hassan El Shafei broke his silence and responded to the artist Sherine Abdel Wahab\u2019s statements regarding the crisis in her official accounts on \u201cSocial Media\u201d and about her not having control over what is published.<br \/>\nHassan Al-Shafi\u2019i published a statement via the Story feature on Instagram, which said: &#8220;The artist Sherine Abdel-Wahab is linked to my company by an agreement to operate the YouTube service and exploit artistic works under a special power of attorney for her brother, Mohamed Abdel-Wahab, permitting contracts for her artistic works, and a general comprehensive official power of attorney alongside the banks.&#8221; \u201cThe artist Sherine Abdel Wahab was aware of this contract, and what confirms this is her acceptance of the company\u2019s invitation on YouTube to have her channel officially join our network for its management.\u201d The statement added.<br \/>\n\u201cIt is not right for the contract to be concluded and the service to be provided for its benefit throughout that period without its knowledge or approval, and for it to wait more than 4 years to take legal action during the years 2023-2024 to claim that the company took over its YouTube channel.\u201d The statement continued.<br \/>\n\u201cOn August 30, 2018, the artist Sherine Abdel Wahab published a picture of herself on her personal Instagram account in which she celebrated her obtaining the YouTube Golden Shield and the arrival of her YouTube channel to one million subscribers.
