Russian President Vladimir Putin laid out his proposal for a new Eurasian security architecture founded on Moscow\u2019s deepening entente with Beijing to challenge the post-Cold War order in Europe dominated by the US and its allies.
\nRussia\u2019s goal is to ensure \u201cindivisible security and development to replace the outdated Euro-centric and Euro-Atlantic models which gave unilateral advantages to individual countries,\u201d Putin said at a security summit in Astana, Kazakhstan, on Thursday.
